Our Terms

1.1 Contract formation

Any vehicle order is subject to written acceptance by Stellantis Auto Poissy. The sales contract is formed upon receipt of the deposit defined in Article 3 and the order confirmation signed by both parties. The order only becomes final after validation by our team.

1.2 Vehicle description

Each vehicle is described with maximum accuracy (brand, model, year, mileage, condition, equipment). Representative photographs are provided. Stellantis Auto Poissy guarantees that the delivered vehicle matches its description at the time of ordering. Every vehicle undergoes a 150-point inspection before being listed for sale.

1.3 Documents provided

On delivery, the customer receives: the transfer certificate, the seller's cancelled registration document, the full inspection report, the service history (if available), vehicle keys and manuals, and all documents required for registration in the destination country.

1.4 Right of withdrawal

In accordance with consumer protection law, for distance sales, private customers have <strong>14 calendar days</strong> from delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal, without reason or penalty. The vehicle must be returned in its original condition, having been used only for a verification drive.

1.5 Exclusions

Damage from poor post-delivery maintenance, abnormal use, or accidents after receipt of the vehicle are not covered. Customer modifications to the vehicle void the contractual warranty.

2.1 Prices

All displayed prices are in euros including VAT. The price at the time of ordering is final. Stellantis Auto Poissy reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without affecting already confirmed orders.

Cash payments are <strong>capped at €1,000</strong> in accordance with French anti-money-laundering regulations. Beyond this amount, another payment method will be required.

2.4 Bank details

Bank details for wire transfers will be provided by email upon order confirmation. Please check the information carefully before any transfer. Stellantis Auto Poissy will never ask you to change bank details by phone or SMS.

3.1 Deposit amount

To confirm an order, a deposit of <strong>10% of the sale price</strong> is required, with a minimum of <strong>€500</strong>. This deposit is deducted from the final balance payable on delivery. It holds the vehicle and initiates the administrative process.

3.2 Deposit refund

The deposit is fully refunded if: the vehicle does not match its description on delivery, Stellantis Auto Poissy is unable to deliver the vehicle, the customer exercises their right of withdrawal within 14 days, or a hidden defect is identified before handover.

3.3 Cancellation by the customer

In the event of cancellation without legitimate reason after the withdrawal period, the deposit may be retained as a fixed indemnity. An amicable settlement is always possible.

4.1 Delivery area

Stellantis Auto Poissy delivers throughout <strong>mainland France</strong> and <strong>all European Union countries</strong>. For deliveries outside the EU, a specific quote is provided on a case-by-case basis.

4.4 Vehicle reception

On delivery, a <strong>handover report</strong> is drawn up and signed by both parties. The customer must inspect the vehicle in the presence of the delivery driver. Any reservations must be noted on this report. In the absence of a signed reservation, the vehicle is deemed compliant.

4.5 Delivery tracking

Once the vehicle is dispatched, the customer receives a unique tracking number by email. They can follow the delivery progress in real time on our Delivery Tracking page. Statuses are updated at each stage: preparation, transit, depot, delivery, handed over.

5.1 What the warranty covers

5.2 Warranty exclusions

Not covered: wear parts (clutch, brake pads, tyres, battery), accident damage, breakdowns from lack of maintenance, unauthorised modifications, and failures from use not compliant with the manufacturer's manual.

5.3 Warranty claims

To activate the warranty, the customer must contact us by email or phone describing the fault. We will arrange repairs through our approved partner workshops across Europe.

6.1 Vehicle hold

A vehicle can be reserved for up to <strong>48 hours</strong>, subject to a reservation deposit of at least <strong>€300</strong>. This amount will be deducted from the final price if the purchase goes ahead, or fully refunded if the reservation does not result in a sale for reasons beyond the customer's control.

6.2 Reservation expiry

If the purchase is not confirmed within 48 hours, the reservation is automatically cancelled and the vehicle relisted. The reservation deposit may be retained if the customer voluntarily withdrew from the purchase after holding the vehicle.

6.3 Mutual commitment

The reservation creates a mutual commitment: Stellantis Auto Poissy commits to not selling the vehicle to another customer during the reservation period, and the customer commits to finalising the purchase or notifying their withdrawal before the deadline.
